This restaurant has it all: good service, good food, good wines, good atmosphere and decoration… If you are looking for a traditional Portuguese restaurant not extremely casual in the Bairro Alto this is your best choice. The only detail is that you may find a bit too much of tourists inside, but always in a reasonable mix with locals. We advise to make a reservation, as even during weekdays you may find it completely full, but in case you have to wait there is a nice bar area while your table is not ready. It is also one of the restaurants in the area with smoking / non smoking sections.
